Weight loss is complicated process in the body. This is not just burning fat! Fat cell metabolism depends on enzymes that promote fat storage in both adipose and muscle cells. The activity of this enzyme is particularly regulated by gender specific hormones.
Successful weight-loss strategies embrace small changes, moderate losses and reasonable goals. A person who loses 0,5-1kg per week by consistently choosing balanced nutrients diet plan with increasing day-to-day physical activities is much more likely to maintain those losses and have health benefits than if more weight were lost in less time (SR Rolfes at el, 2006).
Enzyme activity may also explain why some people who lose weight regain it so easily. Apparently, weight loss serves as a signal to the gene that produces enzymes saying: “Make more enzymes to store fat!!!” People easily regain weight after having lost it because they are battling against enzymes that want to store fat. The activities of enzymes and hormones provide an explanation for the observation that some inner mechanism seems to set a person’s weight or body composition at a fixed point. The body will adjust to restore that set point if the person tries to change it. During weight loss you need to teach own body how to re-establish the inner mechanisms and body’s acceptance to the new weight (SR Rolfes at el, 2006). This process takes time. 12 weeks is made on observation of different bodies reaction, however some people need more some less.

The Ready-Steady-Trim™ is designed for thous people with health challenges who cannot do heavy workouts or are very busy or simply do not like sport and want to be in the right shape. However, we encourage people to increase daily physical activities to the level that they can comfortably manage. If you are considering a goal of keeping your weight off, we believe that physical activities need to be a part of your daily routine.

Muscle tissue is metabolically more active than fat tissue. You can lose weight without exercising but you will lose muscle mass as well as fat. That is not really desirable. Research data suggests that a nutritional supplementation that we advise can contribute to the reduction of lipid and protein oxidation as well as muscle weight gain. Despite of that, we advise to increase physical activities for those people who can. While you may not like it, however, you have to move more to eat more. May be it is not easy for you at present time, however with weight reduction it will not be as difficult. You may develop desire to move more and more every day. Very simply put in this way: exercise uses calories. The more calories you use exercising, the more you can eat and still lose weight.

During workshops we share our knowledge in latest research about healthy food and provide with value tips in foods preparation.
We advise a diet plan that contains a solid, basic foundation for balanced nutrition that would fit with changes in your lifestyle, daily routine and weight loss followed by weight maintenance. If the diet you are following currently does not provide you with changing needs to lose weight, it is not meant to be a right diet.
There are diets and then there are diet plans. Diet plans that what we would like to share with you are not meant to be temporary. They are useful to you because you can continue on them once you reach your goal weight. Of course, modifications need be made along the way because your needs change as your physiology changes. Our diet plans address the needs for lifestyle changes and good health maintenance.
There are 12 workshops:
1 hour workshop per week in with the group
Each workshop includes:
- Different health topics
- Activities in the group
- Home Readings
Every week, during the workshop, each person receives 10-15 pages of information that will be covered, including advices for home reading.
If you have a medical condition which already requires special dietary needs and/or medical interventions, always consult with your physician first. Then, if you begin the Ready-Steady-Trim™ programme, talk to your doctor how often you should be monitored for your medical status. Quite often, medication dosages need to be changed as weight is lost.
Yes, we have individual programmes. Our customers are corporations, groups and individuals who want to know more about health, nutrition and wellness. Also, they are willing to do more to improve their own well being.

Yes. This will be an individual programme. The workshop material will be delivered by post on a weekly basis and appointments will be provided by phone or Skype on work days during work hours.
Yes, let people know that you are serious about your plan and that you would like their encouragement. These people are in the best position to support you and urge you to stay on the programme. They will remind you of your ultimate goal when you feel discouraged. Please note: if required, get the approval to begin from your doctor,
No! We have seen people wait for that magical illusive moment and find that they have missed it. We have heard from people that they can lose weight easily but they do not have time. There is seldom a time that we feel a surge of motivation or experience that definitive moment and recognize it as the “ready - go ahead”. If you have to lose weight, the right moment is now. Just do it! Remember, nobody can do it for you.
Parents are the child’s first model to follow. Therefore, in order to help our children, we must first do right and have a healthy lifestyle ourselves. Parents need to encourage children to walk, join a team sport, or do some other activity. Parents, get your children away from hours in front of the television or computer. In order to raise healthy children, parents themselves need to know how to eat and how to prepare foods that are nutritionally balanced. Parents need to know how to shop for healthy foods and forget about convenience processed foods high in fat, sugar and kcalories.
